Here is an all girls photo that was taken at Ginger's baby shower. This picture was ALMOST PERFECT, but it is missing Paula-Jean.... don't worry Paula-Jean I plan on photo shopping you into this picture, just like I photo shopped Michael into our couples picture at the grand canyon our first year of marriage. All I need is a picture of you, some scissors and glue and wall-ah!!
Another one of my attempts to have a photo shoot with Evelyn.
Here is a picture of Nepal and the Nepali people. This was a huge festival and parents dressed there young girls and baby girls up with red dresses, jewelry and lots and lots of make-up! They were all dressed up for their wedding. That's right their wedding!!!! They were getting married to the fruits... huh!!!!
Two young brides on their wedding day!!!
This is me and Evelyn in front of a statue of Garuda. He is suppose to be the God of Travel.
Local transportation.
This is a picture of me, Evelyn and Michael. Michael dressed up as one of Nepali's holy men. I know he looks authentic right!!! It took him all day to dress up like this.
Michael out of costume and visiting one of the local temples.
This is a family photo we took in front of a shrine at the local temple.
This is a picture of Evelyn and me in front of a some Nepal God. They believe if you stand in front of this statue and tell a lie then you will die. They have the police station right across the street and they bring criminals in front of the statue and ask them if they committed the crime. They really believe if they lie then they will die! I don't understand how this concept hasn't caught on in the U.S.A :)
This was our plane to take us to the top of Mt. Everest. Michael and Evelyn really getting a feel for the culture. Nam-es-day Michael :)
Michael has a new business venture he wants to start. He wants to start making childrens toys. This one is called baby in a bucket. He's pretty sure it's going to be huge. I'm not too sure about the bucket idea, but I can't get over how cute she is in the bucket and how much she really enjoyed being in the bucket. Good thinking Michael:)
We have a few video's that we will download of Evelyn so everyone can see how much she is changing. We miss and love you all.
